Germany, Heer. A Pair Of Proficiency Medals Newly Listed FLETCHER BY THE PATRIOTIC SOCIETY(Leistungs Medaillen). A pair of Heer proficiency medals, including one for machine gun personnel, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a three man machine gun crew, the reverse bearing an inscription of FR BESONDERE VERDIENSTE 1939 (FOR EXCEPTIONAL MERIT 1939), within a circular laurel and oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 39 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition, and; one for field artillery personnel,
