Multi piece construction, in silver with red, white and blue enamels, unmarked, measuring 38. 5 mm (w) x 42. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, circular highlight from a previously applied sticker evident on the arm at 12 o'clock on the reverse, small rosette with clasp affixed to its original ribbon, near extremely fine.
