Consisting of a sash badge in silver gilt, featuring a five armed Repeated Point style cross with red enamels and ball finials, gilt leaflets in each quadrant, obverse centre presenting a large silver crowned Czech lion with national crest, reverse centre with motto PRAVDA VTZ (Truth Prevails), coat of arms of the former parts of Czechoslovakia on each arm (Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia, Slovakia and Carpathian
