Of French manufacture, in silver gilt a with the characteristic Laos tri elephant design in white and red enamels, crowned with red enameled ribbon suspension, measuring 34 mm (w) x 60 mm (h inclusive of horizontally pierced ball suspension), on ornate red and yellow ribbon with officer's rosette, near mint.
