A Ustasha Nco's Brocade Belt certificate_of_authenticity on original ribbon with barUpper bearing a repeating pattern of interlocking loops in maroon embroidery, on a gray wool base, supple Chamois leather backer, with a reddish brown leather tab stitched in place to the underside, the tab with eleven rows of two holes each for length adjustment, magnetic metal receiving clip secured in place at one end, the clip exhibiting some surface rust, measuring 4. 3 cm in width x 135. 5 cm in length, scattered mothing in the gray wool,
