An Emsland cuff title, constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum inscription of EMSLAND in Fraktur script, the reverse bearing a Reichsleitung des Reichsarbeitsdienstes (RLAD) insignia, otherwise unmarked, measuring 25 mm (w) x 420 mm (l) when unfolded on a
