Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, overlaid by an upward pointing winged arrow constructed of magnetic metal, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked G. H. OSANG, DRESDEN, measuring 76. 72 mm (w) x 26. 03 mm (h),
