Riess Enamel Two-Handled Bowl Kitchen Towel 29-1/4" W x 23-1/2" HThis family owned pan forge business which has been in the Riess family for nine generations was founded in 1550 in Ybbsitz, Austria. Today it is known for its top quality enamel ware, made in their carbon neutral facility using locally generated hydro power along the Ybbs river. Riess uses a 40 step handmade process to make each enameled pot. Iron pots are pressed and stamped, and dipped in porcelain enamel, dried and fired at 850C to be glass fused.
